Today we wire over 24,000 new homes annually, providing a ‘one-stop-shop’ that includes solar PV and battery storage installations too. We also offer a site-compound solar solution and commercial PV installations for our housebuilder customers looking to reduce the carbon footprint of their operations.

We operate from 21 branches across England and Wales. While the coverage is national, the service is local and tailored to the needs of each builder.

Quality workmanship matters to us. Each year we work on dozens of NHBC Pride in the Job Award winning sites.
Our electrical teams audit every plot they wire and our Quality Assurance Team double checks a sample of plots.

Safe, Ethically Sourced PV
Electrical and fire safety is paramount to us. We fit GSE in-roof solar panel mounting frames that meet the highest BROOF fire resistance standard of roof covering within Part B of the Building Regulations. GSE frames provide a fully compliant, MCS accredited solar panel system that meets all NHBC standards for fire, air permeability, wind loadings and weather tightness.
For solar panels, we are proud to have partnered with DMEGC, a manufacturer that has 100% origin traceability as well as transparent supply chain mapping with SA8000 accreditation.
Electrical and Solar Combined
If we’re installing both the electrics and solar PV for a site, we’ll price with efficiency gains in mind, providing savings for our customers. The same team will be managing both your electrical and your solar installations, delivering high quality service and giving you one less subcontractor to deal with.

With an army of over 600 directly employed site-based staff across the country, we’re used to responding to year-end and half-year targets and working to build programmes.
For PV installations we provide a complete end-to-end service, including detailed designs, DNO applications and technical advice.
Meanwhile, our dedicated Customer Care Team provides aftercare for homeowners, including a 24-hour emergency callout service.
Technical Expertise
With our decades of experience and our dedicated Technical Team, we’re used to providing specialist technical advice to our customers. We’ll also give feedback on products, designed to help you specify the right quality for your homes.
We’ve even developed a few products of our own over the years such as our socket spacers, cleverly designed to make accurate socket spacing more simple.
